Maxcan Immigration Services
I am an immigration consultant licensed by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), a paralegal licensed by The Law Society of Ontario(LSO), and a Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths of Ontario. I have been working in the immigration field since 2001. Before starting my own practice, I worked in a couple of predominant immigration firms in Toronto for 10 years.

I learned a great deal from my talented co-workers and gained a wealth of experience from tackling a large variety of files. With strong belief on how to serve clients better, I took a risk and created my own firm. As an immigration professional, I use my knowledge and experience to give you the best chance of success.
Services
These are the services currently offered by Maxcan Immigration, located in Markham, Ontario in the Greater Toronto Area. Maxcan is run by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and Paralegal Mary Zhang, who has years of experience handling both straightforward and complex immigration matters, including appeals.
Have at least 2 years of work experience (within the last 5 years) in a skilled trade within the 5 years before you apply;. Your test results must be less than 2 years old when our application is submitted to immigration. You should upload your test results to your online profile at Express Entry. The Skilled Trades are those under NOC Skill level B. Skill levels C and D do NOT qualify for the Federal Skilled Trades stream.
Skill Level B (jobs usually requiring post-secondary education or apprenticeship training). These are all classification levels or skills from the National Occupational Classification (NOC) matrix. The NOC is the authoritative standard that classifies and describes the occupation in the Canadian labour market development by Employment and Social Development of Canada (ESDC).
The most basic requirement to be a sponsor is that you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, 18 years of age or older and wishes to sponsor your family members. Your brother, sister, nephew, niece, grandson or granddaughter and be an orphan, under the age of 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship.
If you do not live in Canada but your spouse or partner holds Canadian citizenship or permanent residence, you have a reason to smile! It's possible to make an application to immigrate to live with them in Canada. And sponsorship is not limited to married couples. You can also apply as common-law partners or, in select circumstances romantic partners (called conjugal) who have not been able to marry or live together.

I was refused entry to the U.S. previously. I hired a law firm to try to straighten out my situation. But it was not successful. Then I found Mary of Maxcan Immigration. Mary helped me and prepared my application thoroughly and diligently. My application was approved in one month. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone who needs immigration services.
Mary's service is very professional!

Would recommend it hundred times, very professional and knowledgeable about immigration processes. You notice it from the first meeting. I got guidance from the beginning of my process for the residency until I literally got my residency card. Moreover, the quality of service was impeccable, very understanding about the urgency of my questions, always with accurate and clear responses.

We met Mary in 2014, and since then, she is being our Immigration consultant. This week, we received our Confirmation of Permanent Residency letter. I have no words to express how glad I am for her dedication and support.
I will be forever grateful for everything she has done. PR was a long road for us. During the whole process, Mary had a solution for each roadblock we hit. Her calm, patience and perseverance were fantastic. We would have most likely given up without her.
Thanks again for everything. All the best !!!!!

Mary is a true professional who is excellent at what she does. She is very knowledgable, prompt in her work and above all kind and empathetic. I approached her with a work permit extension issue that could have resulted in a potential deportation and she helped me navigate the system and solve the issue successfully! I would highly recommend her services for anyone who is looking to immigrate to Canada or is facing any immigration related issues.
