Blake, Matlock and Marshal is an independent fee appraisal company involved in the professional practice of real estate appraisal, offering valuation and consulting services since 1995. It is a privately owned company that has no affiliations with outside companies or financial institutions.

The appraisals for Industrial - Commercial - Investment properties contain a wide range of uses. Developers, lenders, homeowners, realtors, investors, lawyers, landlords, farmers, governments, bankruptcy trustees, accountants, sellers and purchasers all need to make decisions based on the value of a property.
The appraisal of residential use properties are commonplace in the real estate market, and are usually commissioned to establish the market value of a property for financing and/or trading purposes. The appraisal is typically aimed at providing a price point that parties can structure their investment around.
The appraisal of rural and agricultural properties can sometimes tend to be more complex than standard urban appraisals, as the properties typically include acreages, recreational influences, lakefront benefits and/or farmland features. Rural and Agricultural appraisals range in complexity and value, based on an assortment of factors.
The purpose of an appraisal is usually to establish the fair market value of a property at a given point in time. It is an independent and objective opinion which is universally accepted when properly prepared by credible professionals. Appraisals host a number of different applications. When either buying or selling real property, it is advisable to have an appraisal done on the property.

I am very much impressed by Blake Matlock & Marshal Ltd. and all of it's team. I had a rush order (Full appraisal with Market Rental) for my client requested through their admin Mary-Ann and she was super co-operative, helpful and mainly delivered on what they promised on time. The cost for my rush request was also reasonable considering other appraiser's and time. 2 thumbs up..!

Horrible experience with company, took a long time to get the numbers, which were completely off and not accurate. Tried to call multiple times over a weeks time no one ever returned calls or answered the phone. We’re less then helpful and will be getting a different company in. Not recommended at all.
