I've had rentals with other limo companies and BY FAR this is the the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was the most unprofessional vendor I've ever dealt with.
From the moment he answered the phone it was chaotic and disorganized. I called two weeks before to confirm the reservation and they didn't appear to have any record of the booking and asked for confirmation that I had actually made a deposit.
Even after I triple checked everything with him, the limo DIDN'T SHOW UP. When I called to check in I was told it was my fault for not confirming the details (which were on the invoice

Worst costumer service! i have never had a bad experience with any limo company until now. this was my first time using them and it will be my last. I had rented a party bus for 1 hr for my birthday, they were 15 min past when they were suppose to pick us up. So i phoned to ask where he was and he said the stereo wasnt working and that he would be another 10 mins. First off a simple phone call to let us know they would be late since 7 girls are out in the cold waiting! I explained for the price this isnt off to a good start. ($260 for one hour) and he HUNG UP on me! i should of cancelled right

We used them for our wedding day. My dream was always to have a white stretch on my wedding day to finish off my princess look. They sent the SUV not the stretch. My husband requested them to get the correct car before picking me up since that's what we requested, and they refused. The suv was too high for my uncle and he was unable to get in and could not come with us. This wouldn't have been a problem if they sent the correct vehicle. We also requested a late pick up and was told to call when we were ready, it took them 30 minutes to answer the phone, when we are paying that much they should

Have booked with these guys since high school and probably ridden in every limo at this point. Always an awesome night out for everyone! Drivers are super accommodating to any stops you need, very reasonable prices, and they've got limos you can't find anywhere else in the city.
Definitely recommend, especially for groups larger than 15 people, you get much more space and can ride in slick vehicles like the SUV and Bus Limo (this one has a bathroom too which is an absolute game changer). Give Greg a call and he'll take care of you!

Saskatoon Limousine Direct's driver of bus 40 thought it was okay to stop a party bus in front of our house to let your customers piss, and toss cigarettes our yard! All while blasting party music out of the bus at 12am! Not cool.
So my husband final got to talk to someone and they said, "what would you like me to do about it?" Um how about an apology, don't act like it didn't happen.
A good company will learn from mistakes and make it right. We were at our house and your employee let your customers use our yard as a trash can and toilet at midnight. Don't cover it up or erase my posts, not responding
