Brought my senior dog, Prince, to this clinic today for the first time to check out a problem with his eyelid. Dr. Diana was helpful and provided me. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to! Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Dr. Diana did an amazing job removing a tumor from our dog's head and doing extensive dental surgery, which took over 4 hours!

The least compassionate vet. My friend's puppy (that goes here regularly) was choking and since they are close by, we rushed the puppy here.
Upon arrival (4:45pm) the doors were locked as they closed at 5pm. I called the number and someone answered, I explained the situation, our concern and severity of the puppy's well-being.. the response I got from this person working at a vet's clinic was "Sorry, we close in 2 minutes"
No remorse, nor genuine concern for the dog's well-being, how disgusting!!!

Had terrible experience with Dr. Diana Rizk. The doctor was pushing blood and urine work onto our 6 year old cat. Doctor Malik never in the past 5 years force blood and urine work onto us. It almost felt like a money grab.... Moreover, I paid close to $400 for medication, I was given label packs of probiotics, rather then the full liquid pack. Finally, the doctor did not guide us on how to administer the medication, but rather told her receptionist to tell us to read the label.....

Dr Diana was so thorough and helpful when we brought our puppy for his first visit with her ! We received a lot of communication from her before Milo went in, which I so appreciated! I felt so comfortable with leaving him in her care for his first visit at Ajax North Pet Hospital. I’m so grateful I’ve found a trusted professional vet!

Brought my Kitten here after a horrible experience with another vet. He was very sick and they helped me save him. This place is by far the most amazing, patient, kind and caring vet I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at their furever healthcare caregiver!

New vet in charge is unreasonable. The older gentleman vet was fantastic and kind, went there for 8 years. Now the new vet, she insists on multiple blood tests and refused to see us without blood work. Our yearly visit went from under $300 (vaccines and tick med included) to over $600. The old vet did not force blood work. I don't even get blood work every year.

Brought my dog, Max to the clinic with undetermined pain (up most of the night with a crying dog). Vet arrived late. Ordered bloodwork and xray after assuring me I would receive results hopefully later that day but by next day for sure. Three days later have to chase her for results. No real answers but offered medications and more expensive tests. Was to have script for pain med sent to my pharmacy but after several hours pharmacy did not have faxed order. Again had to chase them to find out on top of the over $600 spent for less than an hour of vet time there is an additional charge of $18 to

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to! Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring staff. Dr. Diana did an amazing job removing a tumor from our dog's head and doing extensive dental surgery, which took over 4 hours! The follow up care included a daily phone call to check on our dog and attentiveness to his healing afterwards. I have full faith in Dr. Diana and her staff and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring veterinary services. I give it a 6 Star rating! ; )

Best vet I’ve been to yet! Very friendly staff. One of the veterinarians (Dianna) is so good with our pup. Never have any issues with the vaccines when she does them. Very knowledgeable as well. And a nice little perk with your first visit is you get an info package with lots of helpful information, a coupon book for hills advantage premium vet-only food (first bag is free!) and also a 1 month free trial of pet insurance! Highly recommend this vet!

This place saved my baby boy max (a 11 year old lab at the time ) had been to other vets they told me he had just months to live and that it wouldn’t be a good idea to do surgery, I took him here to see Dr. Malik he removed a 10 pound mass from Max and bought me just shy of an extra 3 years and I am forever great full to the staff there !!!

I have come to know Dr. Malik through his animal clinic where he is a vet. I was immediately impressed with how kind and gentle he… was with every animal and person who came into his office. I have, in my lifetime, been in contact with many vets and let me tell you, they aren't all kind and gentle. Dr. Malik shows a genuine compassion for all the animals that he comes into contact
