Terrible Service! We ordered a high end colour monitor from them and once it was delivered the monitor was damaged and the colours all out of wack. I called the office and their sales rep told me their was nothing they could do, I would either have to deal with UPS or NEC to fix the monitor, they would not accept returns because it was a specialty item!
Never had someone flat out tell me they would not take a damaged product back, ridiculous!
Buyer beware of this place, go shop somewhere else that actually backs the products they sell.
