Founded in 2006 as A-Z Contracting Ltd., Valley View Contracting began as a window cleaning company, humbly operating out of an Astro Mini Van. Founders Kurtis Ellis and Marsha Churchill had envisioned more for their start-up.

With a little luck from mother nature and a lot of hard work, their first winter proved to be a great success - a HUGE snowfall year led to non-stop work - keeping the business owners busy repelling from rooftops shovelling snow and cutting massive icicles with chainsaws throughout the Fernie region.
