I did window tinting and bubbles immediately showed up in the rear window. The owner said it will go away but the bubbles never went away.
The owner never bothered to return my call when he gave me an appointment and never showed up, also i texted him with no answer.
Very disappointed of service and the quality of work done, will probably find another shop to fix .

Went here for an engine bay clean which Uzayr took care of. He took his time and did an excellent job, engine looks brand new. Despite taking longer than we expected it was well worth the wait. I pointed out a stubborn stain on the front passenger seat and he was happy to take care of it for us. Would definitely take my car there again.

Job done quickly and professionally. Enjoyed the experience and how proud the owner was on his tint job. I got back into my vehicle and the seat was back to the original spot. Also my car was clean with no water marks.
Pricing was very good and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

The Shop detailed my car mid-May 2019. The interior looked very good when I took the car. Although there were some exterior spots that they should have been cleaned better, I did not call attention to them but decided to leave a 15 percent tip rather than 20 percent tip that I would have left for excellent work. I departed on excellent terms, and explained to the president of the outfit that I had a second car that needed detailing and said I'd book a time online.

This is long, genuine negative review but please read it as it may save you the frustration later if you ever use this detailing shop's service.
Me and my wife brought 2 new cars, 2018 BMW 330 and 2018 Mercedes C300 that just came off the dealership Sept. 1. Two weeks later, we took it to Naz for window tinting. We watched him do his work for about half an hour and noticed that he uses a heat gun - to make tint adhere to car windows. We quickly inspected his tint work, as we trusted him (big mistake) and we do not have time to really inspect the cars after tinting since we have to leave one car

Went to Elengance Auto Spa to tint my window Sunday, Price was great, and Naz takes his time to do the installation, but at the end after he finish install, he mention that warranty only cover the film, not installation because client doesn't listen to his to keep he window close for at least 3 days. He said he did a great job on my car., don't worry about it. So I took his word for it, took a quick scan, seeing some bubbles, Naz said these bubbles will disappear within 2 weeks. Just 2 days later, I notice there's a hair inside the film, so I contact Naz and ask if he can fix it

I don't understand all the negative reviews tbh. I took my car for interior detailing and wash and they did an amazing job. Prices were reasonable and they were quite professional. I had difficulty giving them a call, but that's understandable considering that they are an auto spa!
I stayed in their common area while they were working on my car. There were a few calls that went to voicemail because they were so 'focused' on my car. Their online booking system is easy to work with so I have no complaints. All in all, It was an ultimate auto spa experience.

This company is a BIG waste of time. Wanted to get a window tinting done. Spoke with Naz who seemed like a nice guy at first. I noticed from their ads that they use XPEL window tint. I do some research and see that they are decent for the price. So I ask him if he can order the XPEL Ceramic window tint. He tells me they are NOT a registered installer with XPEL and can't get ceramic tint from them. He then tells me that he can get Suntek ceramic instead and install it for $300 taxes included. I do research on this tint and see they have one ceramic line and it seems to have good reviews. I

Setup my appointment online - then tried calling SEVERAL times to confirm if they had debit and if they needed anything from me. Nobody every answered.
My appointment was for 9:30 am- I got up - waited and just happened to be going through emails when I see an email cancellation from them for my appointment- made just an hour prior to them showing up- no phone call at all. The reason for the cancellation was because I had stated that there would be pet fur to vacuum up and all their employees were allergic to pet fur! WTH is that? Who runs a detailing
