I went in there asking for a christmas tie to wear with my suit for my companys christmas party and the guy rudely told me no he doesnt have any and i should go 2 doors down to the sayvings mart for a novelty item like that. Definitly wont ever bring my business back here if thats how there employees act because of someones appearance. Went to to tip top tailors and they had no problem showing me around and i even got socks to fo with my tie.

It is always a fantastic experience. Yes the products are more expensive than what you will find online, however, the quality is in a completely different league and as a result lasts at least twice as long which makes up for the cost.
The staff are professional and knowledgable. With being young and trying to gather a more professional look, this is the first place that I go. The staff are always ready to answer my questions without condescension like some other places I have frequented.
I honestly haven't found a better place even when I visit larger cities.

My wife and I stopped in to look at men's shoe and had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Tim. It was genuinely one of my most valuable and memorable retail experiences. Tim was happy to share his wealth of knowledge and went above my expectations. Irregardless of our intentions to buy that day, Tim treated us like valuable long time customers

Last summer I had a custom suit made with help from Gord. He did an amazing job helping me pick out fabrics, and the shirt and tie to complete the look. The service here is phenomenal! And if if you've never had a custom made suit then trust me that it's well worth it. Caswells is a great place to have it made.

Very disappointed store experience. We was asking for help to find a jacket. Sales was not offering any helps at all and when I showed him the picture of the jacket l I took from the store week ago. He walked away without saying anything. I understand if the store gets busy and short of staff, sales could not help us all. But at least, trying for help and letting clients know they will get help soon. The experience at the store makes me feel all my $$$$$spent at the store before is such a waste.
