We offer high quality child care services at our two centres, Cari's Infant and Toddler Centre and Forest Circle Child Care. Our beautiful facilities provide safe, nurturing and carefully planned and maintained early care and learning environments. With a long history in our community, we are proud to be a non-profit society that honours children, families and educators.
The Young Parents' Program provides support, encouragement and guidance for teenage parents, enabling them to continue their high school education. Child care is provided at Cari's Infant and Toddler Centre, while the young parents study and/or work. We work out of two facilities to better serve the wide range of needs that Campbell River families have.

Forest Circle Society for Families is a non-profit society that provides safe, nurturing and educational child care programs to families in the Campbell River area. Two licensed group facilities, Forest Circle Child Care and Cari's Infant and Toddler Centre, are located on and integrated with the campuses of North Island College and Carihi Secondary School.
The vision of Forest Circle Society for Families is a caring community that nurtures every child as they explore, learn, and develop. Our society's mission is to provide sustainable and accessible early care and learning programs with a focus on discovery through play. We are dedicated to providing natural environments that encourage healthy development and well-being, embrace diversity and promote trust and respect.
The origins of both Cari's Infant and Toddler Centre and Forest Circle Child Care go back to Campbell River's first integrated child care services in the early 1960's. A small group of parents of children with special needs pulled together a program to offer early childhood education in the community as an alternative to institutionalized care elsewhere.
In the infant programs, we provide at least a 1 to 4 caregiver/child ratio. Forest Circle has 8 spaces in their Infant Room and Cari's Infant and Toddler Centre has 12. The infant programs follow the child's daily routine, addressing personal care needs while also adhering to all licensing requirements.
Develop warm and trusting relationships with you and your child, using a primary caregiver approach that connects you and your child with a specific Early Childhood Educator. Provide you with high quality, licensed childcare for your child under the age of 3, located in a separate building at Carihi Secondary School.
