Good prices but bad service. We booked VBL for our wedding on August 11th 2018. The driver was very impatient and came off with quite the angry demeanor. We were on time for all of our pickups however the driver was driving so aggressively he made 3 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen sick to their stomachs. We booked the wedding package but had no refreshments in the limo at all.
Our late night driver did not show to pick us up which ended in us taking a cab home on our wedding night! All of the booking staff were very friendly and helpful, it is such a shame that we did not have the same experience

We took a limo to our Miranda Lambert concert last night . Our driver Richard was amazing! He arrived on time, beautiful clean car. Very accomodating, as my little girls just had to have pictures in the limo. He arrived early to pick us up so we weren't waiting after the concert. Such an amazing night . Great service at a great price. Thank you for making our night even more amazing!!!

Bus broke down, it happens. They sent an SUV, but I still paid for the bus fee.
Driver was 15 minutes late picking up the girls, they said it was because our groomsmen were late, which they were. However, the groom told the driver to take the highway he did not. I was then told the driver did not leave the venue right away to pick us up. Also when he did pull into the complex, one of our bridesmaids had to run up the street to get him because he went the wrong way, easily took 10 minutes to get his attention.
As a result our ceremony started late and we missed out on picture opportunities.
