Established in 1954 by Glen Hunter, Hunter Plumbing & Heating quickly evolved into a respectable and trusted business serving Princeton and surrounding areas. When Glen retired in 1988, the operation was handed over to his son Craig. Following in his father's footsteps, Craig Hunter continued the tradition of maintaining the quality, service and trust of an ever expanding client base.

Your well water should be tested at least 3 times a year for contaminants such as coliforms and E.coli. For information on bacteria testing, visit your local health unit.

The job completion took much longer than quoted. We were told they would fix damage done to the yard when they were done, they didn't and as a result I have had to spend close to 7k to fix the yard and driveway.
My invoice was double the quoted amount and only half the work was actually done.
I tried emailing the company to address the list of issues he had and they have not acknowledged my email in any way.
Overall bad experience. Will never use this company again nor would I refer them to friends and family.

Have used Hunter twice now, both times were urgent situations (once our well pump stopped working and 2nd time our septic stopped draining) Was referred to Hunter by my normal plumber for their experience and knowledge in wells and septic systems. They were able to dispatch someone quickly in both cases and were also able to direct us to other experts to assist in resolving our issues. Great guys to work with!

Not stealing from their customers refurbishing old pumps and selling them off as new and then charging an arm and a leg to come replace a spring and sending two guys to do it. I had a pumper place and they took my other one with them without any permission and I guarantee the one they gave me saying it was new was refurbished from some other job they pulled it out of and passed it on to me as brand new because within a month it was not doing its job. they are thieves stealing things right out of your house trust me there's much more reputable companies out there.

Absolutely incredible. Can't stress enough how happy I am with the service and how nice a guy he (Craig Hunter) was. We had a cold house and a new baby so he showed up same day with no appointment, fixed it quickly and charged he less than some other companies had quoted just for the "emergency fee" of coming same day. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.

Probably the best company out there to service your well or cistern! These guys came through in a pinch and couldn't have asked for a better crew to get a job done!
