Services
Integral Performance Physio is a collaborative interdisciplinary health clinic in Montreal that aims to elevate the practice of musculoskeletal rehabilitation. IPP was founded by two passionate physical therapists who following extensive training across Ontario and Quebec, have achieved the internationally-recognized qualification of the Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
Ryan, together with his partner Nan, cofounded Integral Performance Physio in 2018 to establish a practice providing a high standard in comprehensive, patient-centered, and evidence-based physical rehabilitation services. Ryan is a passionate physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in orthopedic care treating in the field of sports injuries, spinal rehab, as well as everyday aches and pains.
Work with a therapist with over 8 years of post-grad advanced training and > 100 hours of mentorship with top physical therapists across Canada. We have integrated the latest evidence in order to provide you with the most optimal, scientifically supported, assessment, and treatment techniques.

At Integral Performance Physio, we believe physical therapy treatments should be holistic as this allows us to treat each individual for their distinctive needs. And since the body functioning of each individual is unique, our assessments include looking at your entire chain of posture, muscle/joint balance, movement mechanics, as well as your daily work and recreational demands.
Our massage therapist, who also graduated as a physical rehabilitation therapist, combines her training of massage therapy and physiotherapy to provide the best recovery possible. She first takes the time to assess your condition using Swedish massage techniques which allow her to "scan" your body for tensions and/or stiffness that need to be released during your treatment.

I highly recommend physiotherapist Mikayla Morelli and the team at Integral Performance Physio.
Mikayla was referred to me by my surgeon for post-op lower body and pelvic floor wall physiotherapy. Mikayla is exceptionally professional, personable and empathetic. She is very knowledgeable and positive which was extremely helpful in guiding me thru my physiotherapy treatments, exercises and strategies that I required.
Given my circumstance of requiring physiotherapy after prostrate surgery I was very fortunate to have Mikayla as my physiotherapist to treat and direct me in this phase of my recovery

My experience with Mikayla was amazing. She is a true professional - effective, communicative, and knowledgable. She also found a routine that worked well for me so that I could attain my goals. Integral performance physio was my first physio experience.
I booked sessions with Ryan, since I read lots of good reviews about him. Well, all those reviews are true.
Ryan is professional and nice. He really helped me to recover from my back pain by doing physio at the clinic and a bunch of useful exercises at home.
Also, all staff are nice and the clinic is clean and calm.

Dr. Ryan has been professional, friendly, and very transparent since day 1. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and will provide you with valuable input to help you see changes as soon as possible, just like I did with my dislocating shoulder.

I highly recommend Ryan from Integral Performance Physio!! Ryan is a friendly and professional PT. He helped me a lot with my scoliosis back pain and after several sessions, I am pain-free. At first, my back hurt when I bend forward but with some exercise and Ryan's help for correcting the curve, I feel much better and my back is less tight than before. Very appreciate it!

My daughter and I were both treated by Nan who is an absolute amazing physiotherapist! She's very professional, spends time explaining and re-evaluating our routine each sessions to make sure we're in the right healing path.
The staffs there are also super friendly and helpful and equally important the clinic is extremely clean.
Not only did Nan, help us both heal, she's like an extended part of our family now.
