Services
It's important to take good care of your trees. At Full Circle Tree Care, we have all the tools necessary to keep existing trees healthy and plant new ones. To learn more about why some of these services are necessary, check out our Resources page for helpful information. Full Circle Tree Care employs trained and certified arborists to provide tree care services for Guelph and surrounding areas.
In the urban environment trees may require pruning to improve their structure, reduce the load on heavy limbs, remove dead, broken and diseased limbs, and to create clearance for buildings, utility lines and other trees. Pruning too much live material can be harmful for the tree, as generally no more than 25% of the live crown should be removed.
Unfortunately as trees age and die or become storm damaged, a time comes when removal is necessary. Large trees may contain tons of material that often require advanced rigging techniques to safely remove when the trees are growing in cramped locations. At Full Circle Tree Care, we take every precaution to ensure that the removal is done safely and effectively to respect your property.
If your trees are aging or in decline, it might be time to consider planting some new trees to act as replacements and to aid in maintaining the canopy cover in your area. A healthy urban forest canopy goes a long way toward keeping our cities cool and providing a more enjoyable place to live. Air cleaning: Trees are able to filter particulates out of the air by trapping them in leaves and bark.
Trees with multiple trunks or trunk defects sometimes require additional support to help hold them together and reduce the risk of breakage. In many cases, we can use cables between separate trunks so that one trunk may support another. Typically, we use two types of cables: static steel and dynamic rope.
