The association I work for has used Tektonic Managed Services for many years now. With a small staff of 7, we don't have an in-house IT department and Tektonic fills that role perfectly. They are proactive in their support, quick to respond to issues and the knowledge extends across various operating systems and technologies. It's worry-free IT.

I have worked along side this company since they were small and so was the agency I worked for. For me their customer service has always been exceptional as has their professionalism. Being a social service agency we were not knowledgeable but that didn't stop them from helping us understand. I will always recommend them.

I have used Tektonic to manage the an office network including desktop PC's and the server. I have found Tektonic to be extremely responsive, patient and efficiently correct any problems encountered almost always remotely which consumes few office resources.
