They helped with the service for my brother-in-law. While the majority of the staff were genuine and friendly, (especially one young woman), the man responsible for the music and slide show was less than friendly and showed little compassion when my husband (who lost his brother) asked him a question. I was quite taken aback by this. I feel that staff should be friendly, welcoming and compassionate to work in such a business.

The Theorets were so gracious and understanding during our time of loss. Despite what may have been other family objections, they conducted the private viewing as our list one wanted. They were very helpful in advising me the next steps, and the help and support provided was exemplary. Thank you so much, I will never forget your kindness.
