We are 12 kms from the Deer Lake Airport, the airport that services all of the west coast of Newfoundland. 10 Kms from the Trans Canada Highway. Directions: Proceed to Deer Lake, go North on highway 430(Viking Trail), 7 kms, turn east on highway 422 travel 3.5 kms to the main entrance of Lush's Cottages.
Not only the best Ski hill East of the Rockies (our opinion) but also offers summer sctivities such as Zip Lining, Spider Challenge Course and hiking trails. Check out their website! There are six courses located just a short drive from Lush's Cottages. Cache Rapids Stables offer a wide range of riding experiences for all ages, ranging from pony rides to 4 day back country riding experiences.
