It was an absolute pleasure to work with Peter Belostotsky - he was always available via phone/email, and was super flexible with arranging in-person meetings that fitted into our schedule (and our location!). I have dealt with Century 21 as an owner of 2 rental properties in Squamish for over 5 years and my experience with Danielle as property manager was first class. Very direct and straightforward with communication on all matters and kept me well posted with developments and appliance replacement/refurbishing options. Represented everything I was seeking in property manager especially when dealing with remote administration of two properties.

I used them to manage my rental property and was very happy they found really good tenants and had it rented out for top dollars with in only a few days. I found Daniel to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had our condo listed with C21. We had our condo listed with them for 3 months and they showed it once. When we put it on Craigslist, we had 9 prospective tenants in less than a week. Not only didn't they show many prospects, but told us they doubted they could get our desired rent. Their agent was shifty, unprofessional and on a couple of occasions straight out lied to our face about the proceedings. Do not use this company as a tenant, landlord, listing or selling agent, and if you do good luck finding an attorney in town that will represent you against this company when the inevitable disaster
