Shamrock Septic Service has been in business since 1974. A gentleman named Al Armstrong started the company. He and his wife, Elsie, provided an excellent service until he retired 1989 and sold us the business. We, Bruce and Diane Wise, became the new owners. Almost at once, we realized that there was very little information about septic systems available to the general public.
Most people believed that the septic system never needed to be pumped out. Well, we now know this is not true. So, we set out to provide, not only the best service possible, but also the most up to date information. In September of 1990, we attended the first meeting of the O.S.L.W.C.A, the Ontario Sewage & Liquid Waste Carriers Association.

Joel & Scott were absolutely great. My 85 yr old parents needed their septic system pumped out while we were in town to do the digging for them. They were on time, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their 24 hr turnaround for service. They made a big difference for my parents.

We used Shamrock twice in the four years we have had our cottage. When we first moved in and then again in an emergency situation where we had overflowing issues or in our case no flow issues. Shamrock was quick to arrive and determined that it was the pipe that was frozen. They proceeded to pump out the tank and the catch basin to ensure those items would be ruled out. Prices are reasonable. We followed up with plumber to unthaw the line from the catch basin to the tank.
