Services
This project is an important project for the City of Merritt, especially in light of the summer of fires that has raged through the hot season of 2021. Working directly with the Fire Chief of Merritt, and Chandos Construction, we worked hard as a team to create a project that fulfilled the immediate needs of the city and it's growing demand for fire protective services.
These projects are paired with various typologies including; office, warehouse, tenant improvement work, and commercial designs. Commercial projects are fun and interesting. These are the projects that draw the entrepreneurs together, the businesses that need space to thrive. These are the projects that that support the freedom of free enterprise and the opportunity to be your own boss.
Begun in 2013, the 'New Heart of the Campus' project has involved re conceptualizing the form and function of the main campus building for the Keyano College. The vision for the expansion involves a full restack of departments, a new main assembly space, an expansion to the Keyano Theater, a Tapas Bar, and finally a new gallery space.
