With over 40 years combined in cosmetic rejuvenation, Drs. Braun, Brock, Rowthorn, Cheung, Wong and Kuan bring a plethora of unique skills to the aesthetic table. This team of pioneers and gurus have trained almost all the cosmetic injectors in British Columbia on the safe and ethical administration of Botox and dermal fillers.
As the Medical Director of both Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre and Vancouver Aesthetic Training & Study Centre, Dr. Braun's professional mission is to ensure that the aesthetic world operates in the most safe and technologically advanced capacity possible. As the first doctor in Canada to perform laser hair reduction over 20 years ago, Dr. Braun continuously sets the path in aesthetic development and innovation.
As the clinical trainer for dermal fillers, Dr. Brock leads the pack. Nobody knows noses, like Dr. Brock knows noses! You get the picture. He is known for his laid-back and calm demeanor, but don't let his chill fool you - he is always meticulous in his work. Dr. Brock completed his M.D. at Queen's University and finished his fellowship in family medicine at the University of British Columbia.
Our only female physician, Dr. Rowthorn, has an intricate eye for detail. Pair that with her zest for natural looking transformations and her knack for building lifelong relationships she encompasses every aspect of our philosophy. Dr. Rowthorn completed her Bachelor of Sciences degree at Guelph University, her M.D. at McMaster University, and fellowship in Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia.

I had an appointment with Dr. Cheung on November 17th and it was wonderful. The clinic is super clean and pretty and everyone is so welcoming! He listened carefully to what I wanted with my lips (keep the same shape, more filler in the upper lip, just a plumper look in general) and did exactly as I asked. When he was doing my lips he was super gentle. He did it in such a way that in the end, they still looked like my own natural lips but just with a more full look to them which is precisely what I wanted. The prices had been raised by about $100-$200 since the last time I went for the treatment

The utmost professionalism from the team. I could not stress enough how professional they are.
I had my under eye done with Dr.Cheung and I absolutely love it. He's a perfectionist and I don't mind lol His assistant Vivi was also very very helpful, she made sure you felt comfortable.

The consultants, doctors and technicians are super professional. Anita and Julie are awesome to work with - they definitely made some painful treatments go by faster. My consultant Lini is very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout all my treatments. Highly recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for skin and laser treatments!

I have enjoyed every appointment I’ve had at Vancouver Laser. Every person I’ve dealt with from the receptionist to the doctors have been so kind and attentive. Always willing to answer any questions and do anything to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend VL and will be going there for treatments for many years to come.

Every time I have visited Vancouver Laser, I have had amazing service. I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience at Vancouver Laser. I have recently been getting Hydraficial with Larissa at Vancouver Laser. Larissa is friendly and explains every step of the treatment, which is helpful. I love that she is very thorough. After each Hydrafacial treatment with Larissa, I really feel the difference in my skin. She seems knowledgeable as well. I now have a better understanding as to how this treatment works.

My experience at Vancouver Laser & Skin Care Centre has been outstanding every visit! From the moment you walk into the Centre you are greeted with a cheerful hello from the many staff assisting at the front desk. Even while waiting in the lounge area before my treatment any staff that walked by would smile, say hello, or ask how I was doing. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Wong and his lovely Medical Assistant Sandy. She is so sweet - warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My time at Vancouver Laser and Skin Care Centre is always so positive and amazing. I've gone in several times over the past year, and I've always walked out with more confidence. My RN, Clarissa, is always ready to listen, she's always so considerate, and she always carries out procedures with patience and care. The front staff is always so kind and professional. I cant begin to explain how pleased I am with Vancouver laser & skin care treatment results down to the hospitality from the staff from when you arrive to when you leave. Let alone the IV therapy is very much worth it I feel brand new each time as a athlete making sure I get all my vitamins & minerals is vital.
I’ve also been getting PRP for hair regeneration & the results have been amazing … my nurse Jennifer was smooth & efficient comfort was a understatement. Thank you to Amanda, Bryan, Meagan, Alexis & the whole staff the energy is amazing and appreciated.
