Best shopping trip ever! After multiple hip surgeries I was in desperate need of supportive footwear but wasn’t ready to sacrifice the cute or fun factor. So I popped in and to my surprise found a new set of friends who deliver 110% with both knowledge and customer service. I’m already planning my next purchase and am happy knowing that the recommendations and assistance are rooted in knowledge and health rather than just trying to make another sale. Awesome experience! Asked about foot pain, surgeries, what have I tried, etc. Step on a device that shows your foot problem areas, arch height & length. Put me in a pair of shoes w/ inserts that instantly… alleviated all heel pain. However, being a female, I felt the shoes were very not sexy; opted for a pair of beach sandals w/ great support! And they are so pretty/sexy!! And my feet feel great in them!!😁👍🏼

I bought 2 very expensive pairs of shoes at thexshop in Ingram Street last year (retail value of +/- £180.00 each pair) and, because the shop would not give my money back on a 3rd pair that I returned, was forced to buy another pair today before the year long credit note ran out. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN. The service takes far too long (my parking ticket ran out) and the shop assistants are HIGHLY OFFICIOUS & UNHELPFUL. Not to be recommended.

2 weeks ago my gf and I went here to get sized/fitted for orthotics due a 3* year nagging foot injury that would not heal. After years of PT and laser therapy I was encouraged to check this place out, so I did. They were more than accommodating and friendly! Today I/we went back to pick them up and due to my weakens immune system, the nice lady… that helped me 2 weeks prior, came out to my car and was more than happy to help me outside, instead of going into the store. I highly recommend this place/location!!!

The products are specifically designed for people who have trouble with their feet. The store owner, Karen, spent a long time working with me to find just the right shoes, and making adjustments to inserts to fit my feet. She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient! To say that the service at Foot Solutions is wonderful would be a huge understatement! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had my original orthitic insoles made several years ago. I don't like in the same area and the store I bought them through is no longer open. I reached out to the corporate office to have a new pair made. The closest store to me is an hour and a half away. They found my molds and put me in contact with a store and I received my new insoles in a week. Foot solutions is a life saver.

I had a horrible experience at this store a friend bought me a pair of shoes here and they were very tight due to the pandemic I could not return them when I finally went the lady said oh I can't return them they are used? I only wore the shoes in the house for about 20 min the soles are intact the lady insisted they are used? She argued and refused I just wanted an exchange she was rude and insists that she could not work with me so I am stuck with shoes that hurt I will never shop here again plus the lady who owns 3 care homes and gave them alot of business will also

Great service and knowledgeable associates. It can sometimes take a while to be helped but that's because everyone is given the same high level of personalized, undivided attention.
Glad I decided to give this place another chance after a recent referral by my podiatrist. I had tried them years ago and was unhappy with the service, but they're under new and better ownership now.

I have purchased custom orthotics and two pairs on orthopedic shoes from this store after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I would say the $400 inserts have only made the problem about 70% better, but it IS better. My advice is to go in right when you start having pain, and not wait 6 months like I did. I think the earlier they can correct it, the more effective it will be. I just waited too long. I'm giving Foot Solutions a five star review because the Shawn, Kathy and the whole staff are wonderful. I've had my inserts adjusted 3 times and they never charge for adjustments. They are very

This place saved my feet. I went there on 9/1/18 per my doctor's order (Dr. Gregori) from the Sutter Health Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I have plantar fasciitis which has been killing me. I got a pair of shoes and boots with inserts and these things really work. The two women working there were very friendly and helped me right away. They are quite knowledgeable and good at what they do. I had no issues or trouble. Thank you!

When we walked into this shoes store today we saw only one sale associate and she was helping one other customer.
15 minutes later she was still with that one customer. At some points a smart seller would leave a customer alone to breathe & decide which shoes to buy, while show other customers some acknowledgement. If she hangs onto one customer until she sells, it might take all day...without a sale!
We really liked the shoes, so we tried to be patient.
Then she took a phone call

Like many people, I thought I'd save money and buy my shoes off the Internet. Unfortunately, they were really wrong for my feet. At Foot Solutions, Lynn watched me walk, listening to my foot woes, measured my feet, and got me into a really comfortable shoe first try! It's worth paying a little more to get the expertise of someone who knows about feet and which shoes will help.

Went to your strongsville store today saturday jan23. your staff is very inconsiderate. i was told twice i had to wait by the girl with glasses as she helped people who came in after me. I needed measured for shoes, an arch supports. and no the others who came in were not tere for appointment because they filled out a green paper like me so i dont understand how you let your people pic and chose who to serve. i would like to post this on your blog because strongsville really lacks customer service.

I came in with heal pain. The first foot solution was an insert in my regular shoes. That seemed to work for a few months, but the heal pain came back. I came in again, and the second foot solution was a pair of Spira shoes. A little costly compared to my old New Balance, but I'm happy to say those shoes eliminated the heal pain.
