Great place! Took my audi here for a new windshield, everywhere else wanted over 700$! They installed the exact same glass for 230ish after taxes. I moved away from the area but honestly I'd make the 2 hr drive if I ever needed a new window

I had dropped my car off on the Monday morning to get a windshield replacement and I had received a call that my new windshield had been damaged and was asked if it could be delayed until Tuesday. This was unexpected but I was not very concerned, but when I went to pick up my car on Tuesday I noticed the hood was propped up on 1 side. I had opened my hood to see that the weather-strip that seals the rear of the hood to the body of the car had been removed and placed overtop of the engine and the hood closed on top of it causing damage to the weather-strip. This was very disappointing as it was

I've been to BayCity twice now both for chips in our cars windows. The service each time has been fantastic and the price can't be beat! They are kind, fast and go above and beyond to ensure you understand the process and options avaliable for you. Their work is always high quality and their customer service is above and beyond. Had to get my Ram 1500 windshield replaced. Called all over the city and finally settled on Bay City. Their staff are great and friendly. Dropped my truck off at 10 am and it was done by 1 pm. They did an amazing job and the price was actually fantastic compared to all the other places in Barrie! Would recommend Bay City to anyone!

Took our van in to have the windshield replaced. Reasonable price. Very fast service. They were super sweet to my husband and I. We had one of our wiper blades skipping the new windshield, and they told us to come back - no charge and checked it, tightened the wiper blades and we are all good now. Made some excellent recommendations in general for upkeep. They were thorough with explaining about the windshield and coverage, etc. Highly recommend BayCity Auto Glass!
