Vitamin IV therapy involves the use of vitamins directly administered into the bloodstream as a means of supporting the immune system and enhancing general health. The vitamins administered are often at higher doses than would be tolerated orally, and as such, may: support recovery from cold & flu, seasonal allergies and headaches; enhance hydration and improve energy.
Acupuncture utilizes the ancient tradition of Chinese medicine and the belief that organ systems are connected through out the body in pathways called meridians. Acupuncture needles can be inserted into specific areas along the meridians. Shoulder pain for example can be treated by acupuncture, or needles can be placed in accordance with the meridian pathways to support fertility.
Holistic nutrition focuses on the root cause of the problem and healing that, rather than treating symptoms. For example, eating whole foods like fruits and vegetables to get in a lot of our important nutrients. Supplementation is also a big part of initial nutritional protocols because sometimes our bodies need some extra help at the beginning of our healing journeys.
