Massively over charged for two simple repairs and when I asked for a a refund for excessive labour hours, I was told “the shop supervisor would gladly come for a ride along to see if we can’t figure out what’s wrong (the main issue was never fixed). 1100 dollars for a thermostat and a blower fan and on top of that half an hour of labour to zip tie… a coolant hose away from the exhaust manifold. They will never see my business again and I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of Cam Clark. Contacted MGM and they said they would have done it for 650-700$.

Great staff amazing service, always there to help. I'm on my Third Vehicle with Cam Clark and will continue my business with them. I recommend Cam Clark Ford Red Deer without hesitation. Was a near perfect experience. Vlad in sales was amazing to deal with, as was the rest of the team. There was a slight hiccup during and after the purchase of a used vehicle there, but the team was quick and went beyond their promises to fix them and because of that I will be a repeat customer for a long time to come.

Hands down the best service in central Alberta, we've been dealing with Vlad for several years. this guy goes out of his way to make you happy and is probably one of the most honest salesman I've ever met.. We recently moved to Lethbridge from red deer and made the trip up this week just to buy a vehicle from him.. You're crazy if you go anywhere else!

The service department is very friendly for the most part. Robyn was awesome to deal with. When it came time to pay my bill there was a discrepancy and I was passed off to Jolene who was surprisingly rude about the fact I was questioning the billing. In the end things were settled but sadly, not without a parting shot from Jolene.

Had the driver side front window crack on my newer F150. Cam Clark Ford was very helpful in getting me in to replace it, their staff was quite friendly, and their pricing was very good.
I will be bringing my F150 back to Cam Clark in the future if it needs further work done! All dealerships could take a lesson from them.

Gary was very helpful with us. He is working on looking at the factory summer tires that came with our Explorer 2017, as my husband and I are unhappy with how they have worn over the past 4 years from purchase.
We also had two recalls and Gary arranged to order parts for these and to let us know as soon as they come in in order to complete these recalls.
Also, we indicated a sound that happens when we reverse and turn. The problem was identified and will need to be fixed.
As previously noted, all our concerns were addressed and are being dealt with by Gary. We feel he is very efficient and helpful

Wow. Wow. Wow. I found myself stuck in a bad spot with a wheelchair ramp that quit working with me in my vehicle. I called Cam Clark and I cannot begin to describe how helpful and considerate they were. I am not a customer of theirs and do not even own a Ford vehicle. They still went above and beyond to help me and made it safe for me to continue on my way and were quick to look for long term solutions to the current issue. Shout out to Bailey and Darren who made me feel like there was nothing they would rather be doing than helping me out. They accepted no renumeration for the work today. What

We have had nothing but the best service here! We have been coming here since 2014. Bryce (leasing) is honestly the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. Sarah (finance) was a dream to deal with and so helpful! I was unfortunately in an accident the day we were doing our trade but they still went above and beyond to make sure our trade still went through. We drove home our new cars today and my accident was only 4 days ago! You cannot beat the service here. We literally get 5 star treatment at this dealership.
