Been going to Anna at Elira for at least 3 years now, and she is by far the most skilled nail tech in Prince George. Not only is she extremely detailed and quick, she has put together an amazing team at Elira Beauty Bar, I only ever trust them with my nails.

Had a great pedicure with gel polish here. Service was good, prices are good & space is open for easy distancing and a comforting experience. Will return when in the area.

The worst nail salon I had visited in my life. They damaged my nails and when I complained about it the owner said I planned this scam so that I do not have to pay. Therefore, how they talked to me it feel they are being racist and so unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Best salon in Prince George. The techs are kind and extremely talented. Every colour, sparkle, stamp, jewel you could think of and the ladies can free hand paint like professional artists. The Salon is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Such a worst experience & worst customer service. They always rush the things, make ur nails lumpy, gap between the nails, nails full of scratches after removal. Never gonna visit again. The girls always talk in their own language while doing nails which is absolute unprofessional

Poor phone etiquette, everything is rushed, and you can tell from the nails it is rushed. Not worth the waste of money and time. The people are nice but clearly they are forced to go quickly to get more clients in. It’s unfortunate, I will not ever go back. There’s many more options in town, and I would rather pay more for the quality work and attention.

I used to really like going here, but lately coming here has been nothing but a disappointment. First things first, I really did not appreciate being judged for getting a gel manicure on my natural nails instead of acrylics. I was told several times my nails were short and asked several times why my nails were short. I also do not appreciate being rushed out of there. They overlap their appointments and rushed through my nails leaving them lumpy and the polish was spotty. I think the girls are very nice, but the professionalism needs work, especially at the prices they charge for mediocre work

I booked an appointment a few months ago for a pedicure for my boyfriend and I. I think men should also know the amazing feeling of a hot foot soak and massage. ;) It was my first time in this place and was pleased with how clean and organized it appeared in there. I liked the setup. I have to let you know that I really appreciate the fact that you DON'T have hundreds of nail polish colours to choose from. It makes picking a colour so much easier. I appreciate how it was colour coordinated too. You go into any other salon and colours aren't organized. I also appreciate how the gel colours are displayed

Wow, what a lovely experience. Took their time and was able to make 4 ladies very happy. Even painted our 3 year old nails while she waited. Oh and the massage chairs..LOVELY. tyvm

I moved from the lower mainland over a year ago, and was looking for a salon to call my own. The first time I walked into Elira I was very impressed. It is exceptionally clean, and all the instruments they used to work on my nails had been sanitized, and at the end of the service they gave me the nail file that they had used. The nail tech was thorough and always checks with me to make sure that the colours I have chosen I like. I've brought pictures of styles of nails that I like, and they either match it beautifully or give it their own unique twist which I love.

I am so thankful I found this shop! The ladies are always so kind and hardworking. the shop is always clean and the tools are sterilized. The prices are also fair. Music and TV selection is great. And there are a ton of colours to choose from!! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

I booked a last minute appointment at Elira the day before leaving on vacation after reading many positive reviews online. I got a simple gel manicure thinking that you really can't mess that up..During the manicure she cut my cuticle and it was bleeding a little bit. She didn't apologize at all and continued as if nothing had happened. Shortly after leaving the salon I realized my nails were denting.
