Mr. Clay is responsible for servicing the firm's major property and casualty accounts and is based in Vancouver. James entered the insurance industry in 1991 from a large international bank and joined the firm as a surety trainee and accountant for the brokerage. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries including large construction, mining and property accounts.

My experience with J.T. Insurance was just bad. I indicated were needing insurance shortly and after a pause of not hearing anything the broker I talked to, Dustin, had a family emergency and forwarded me to Hanaa. It was only after a few prompts she finally got back with a quote, was slow to answering questions, and when we were ready to purchase became unresponsive. Not impressed at all.

A couple of the companies that I have worked for in the past have used these guys for their insurance. They have a good process and timely return on requests, however, what I never appreciated in the 5 years from other work places is their somewhat snarky comments when you ask them for a request for something. They will do what you ask them to do, however, the snarky attitude is completely not appreciated. WE HIRE THEM! not the other way around. Communications adjustment needs to be made. Other than that they're great with everything else.
