They were easy to contact. It took a couple of tries to reach someone, but that’s ok, it was December outside Orillia. Many people need to make sure their heat works. The gentlemen came and inspected my furnace, cleaned it and tweeted the program to help. I was worried I could smell a little propane. We did not find a leak, but a few of the pipes were only hand tight. He fixed that up and now I know I am good for the winter. I will call on them again next year to for regular servicing.

Don't call anyone else. Everyone I spoke with here was amazing and professional. They followed up on everything and got the job done quickly, and way above expectations. They were also accommodating and competitively priced which goes a long way. I wouldn't use anyone else after my experience.

Searched around for a propane furnace and water heater installation in Muskoka area, not so many choices nor cost competitive. Choose to go with Simcoe after a few back forth discussions -- you always get a response / answer to you questions.
On the day of installation, Chris and two others folks did a great job, completed installation professionally with furnace / water tank arranged well in a tiny space. They took the effort hauled the old furnace away.

Called in August 10 2021 and had a service tech there to diagnose problem next day. Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Office folks also where very helpful, payment online was simple and booking the appointment for my new AC unit was a breeze. This is a great place to deal with and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a well organized modern business with great service techs.
