45 minutes late! Reserved an SUV for pickup at 5:45am. The driver failed to show, and when I called they said there's no response from the first driver so sending another driver/car. This second limo did not arrive until 45 minutes after the confirmed pickup time! The only reason we just barely made our flight was the fact the second driver drove fast knowing our predicament. He was wonderful. But I'll never use this firm again!!!

Toronto Airport Limo arrived early and sent an extremely pleasant, helpful, and courteous driver in a very clean and comfortable town car. I have used the Toronto Airport Limo service on multiple occasions over the course of 3 months consistently in 2016. On each occasion booking was easy and seamless. The phone agent was clear and concise in her conveying of information. The driver was prompt polite and on time during each of my pick-ups. Overall the experience was positive and I will definitely recommend their services to my close colleagues and friends.
