General Manager and owner, Karl Redman, remembers when he started as an apprentice at the long-gone Continental Cooling Ltd. of Downsview Ontario back in 1972. How the years have passed. He quickly completed his Basic Electricity at Sheridan College, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning at Humber College, and Major Electrical Appliance and Domestic Refrigeration Equipment at George Brown.

This company was hired by Frigidaire to replace a compressor in my fridge. The part was on back order for 5 months. Parts and labour covered by the manufacturer. They didn’t show up to their appointment after receiving the part and they disconnected their phone. I went to their office and they had left, apparently they didn’t even pay their rent. They stole the compressor from Frigidaire and left me and my family including our two young children without a fridge for 7 months and counting. I didn’t even want to write a review but I feel I have to for the publics best interest, stay away from
