Where to start? Sent my dad some cheese a couple years ago for Christmas. Ordered in November, arrived in January. Skipped last Christmas order in lieu of something else. Decided to give them another chance this year but waited til after Christmas to avoid the rush. Ordered Monday, Jan 3rd. Spoke to my dad in BC this morning and still nothing in the mail. So I download the tracking app to see where the package is at. No tracking number available. I call the cheese store to get it. There's no tracking number because it HASN'T SHIPPED YET! 11 Days later! Send your loved one some money and have them

Amazing! I love Balderson cheese and just happened to be driving by when I saw the factory. Naturally I just had to stop. The selection of cheese was unreal! I even found something that I thought I could only get in Montreal! Saves me 3 to 4 hours in stupid traffic on the highway now! Now it's only an 1.5 hours down beautiful twisty country roads. ❤

Placed an online order for 69$ which I never received. I have contacted them several times and they tell me FedEx is telling them the order was delivered on September 24th. I did not receive it and have never had a delivery go missing before. While I realize this may be a FedEx issue, they haven’t expressed any willingness to refund my money. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Make sure your courier Can Par delivers to where the order is being sent,my order sat in cardboard box no refrigeration, when I called canpar they told me they r not DELIVERING to apt. buildings at this time using elevatersand now badderson does not reply,when received cheese was all melted,just opened bacon bits mouldy and they did not send the pepperettes that I ordered.called store,nothing and no contact again.i am a senior and spent over 100.00
