We used London Limos for a Christmas party I organized through my tour company. Despite calling the dispatcher twice and driver before meeting him it seems the instructions I provided where not really understood. He was late to pick us up at some spots after pick up times where given, he took a long time to turn on the heat in the car and despite having paid for four hours he needed us to call the office and confirm twice just so he would pick us up at our final stop. Small things like not opening the door for us or neglecting to ask if we were ok or happy made it feel like the experience did not

Disappointed with the overall service. To start the limo driver went next door rather than the address provided. Did not exit the vehicle or greet our group of 10. We were on a tour of the city and showed up late to one of the pick up locations. Did not meet our needs and is not the service they portray on their socials. Would not use London Limos again.

I was skeptical about booking because of some of the reviews but I’m glad I did! It was very enjoyable, I have no complaints. I booked one of the limo buses for a great rate. It had a nice interior/lighting, tv’s, and a good sound system. The karaoke was a bonus. Hardev and his assistant were both very friendly and professional, they made sure that they were on time and that we had the best experience. Overall, my friends and I had fun. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

We booked them for our wedding and prepaid the limo in advance and the day of, the driver asked for payment. Of course my wife had nothing with her to pay so one of the bridesmaids had to put in on their credit card. I have phoned them 3 times asking for them to fix this and 2 weeks later still have never heard back from anyone. Would definitely not recommend this company for your special event!

Very clean and well maintained limos. Drivers are punctual and very professional. London Limos made my wedding stress free, and even more fun. I was very satisfied with their service. I had their Mercedes Benz limo which has an option for Karaoke. My bridal party had a blast. Highly recommended,100%!!

I always have found the staff on the phone knowledge and friendly.

Our plane arrived late and to our surprise London Limo was not there to pick us up! We called to inquire and was told " your plane was late" no apology just a dispatcher blaming us! We decided to wait for them to dispatch our driver to return. He was very apologetic and told us he was told to leave and pick up another customer and they would send another driver which they did NOT! We use London Limo regularly for the last 10 yrs but now we are questioning if we'll use them again. No excuse for leaving customers stranded at the airport! Very poor customer service!
