We can help you to make a will, create a power of attorney to enable a trusted friend to help you make legal and financial decisions when you are unable to, or make a representation agreement to authorize a loved one to make decisions about your medical care. If you've been appointed the executor of an estate, we can help you with administering the estate, including preparing and filing the application for probate.

Services
We offer a variety of services. With an office in his home and two young children, Neil is happy to come to you. Appointments can be made for times which are convenient for you, including evenings and weekends. Neil travels throughout the South Okanagan and Central Okanagan. A will is the principal tool for planning your estate, but it's not the only one.
I'm a lawyer, and I help my clients in many ways. I help my clients create wills and plans for their estates. I help entrepreneurs start and carry on their businesses. I help executors administer estates. I offer legal services in a variety of areas, and if I can't help you, I'll help you find someone who can.

Neil was recommended to me by two separate people. I'd been procrastinating updating my will & some other legal documents.
