My fiancee needed his ring sized down so we decided to have it done at Cortesis Jewellers based on location and some decent reviews. The woman placing the order was very friendly and helpful. She stated that having the extra gold returned with the ring would be at no extra charge with a special request. Was waiting in line at counter, once at front of the line, the person behind counter was told to help someone else. No acknowledgement that I was even there. Will not go back to this local business

My now husband got my engagement ring and wedding band here. They are always polite . There's no pressure from them to buy anything. I love that I can go in anytime to get my rings polished and my pandora bracelet cleaned for free.

This Is a nice-looking store, well organized, they carry a lot of inventory, staff is helpful and pleasant. And this is part of the Northumberland Mall in Cobourg.
