Mike the Mover, a moving company in Guelph, was established in 1972 with a single small pickup truck working part time to help with university tuition. Now, 30 some years later, it has become one of Ontario's top ten moving companies. We won the license to operate outside the city of Guelph into Wellington County and the Region of Waterloo.
After many successful years in Guelph, we expanded into Kitchener and opened up our moving wear house on Victoria Street. Monty Cardonna and George Anastasakas who were working for Mike the Mover for a combined 15 years decided to purchase the business from its previous owner. From purchase in 1997 to today, the fleet has steadily grown to accommodate our customers needs, we have also expanded our warehouse from 10,000 to 30,000 square feet.
