We just spoke with Adam about a rat that was inside our kitchen and ate an apple off our countertop! We live downtown Toronto in a semi-detached house. We googled around and found many providers, but Speedy Pest was the first to respond and to move appointments around so as to get someone on site asap (we called around 9 am and they showed up by 12pm the same day). Steve came and did a fantastic job, and was very fair and honest with us. we would 10 out of 10 recommend this company.

Jessie the tech that came out to service our home was great! Professional, on time and friendly. He found the source of the problem literally in 10 min. (More then I can say for the company that came out 4 times, charged double and couldn't find the problem, when it was right under their nose)
Don't bother using another company, these guys were amazing!

We had Adam and Jesse over in our neighbourgood to help with an issue myself and a few neighbours had with some mice and rats.
They have been nothing short of amazing.

Inspected the area and provided the necessary service to prevent mice from being in the house. They came out last year and we had no issues throughout the year. We asked them back again for a refill service. The gentleman educated me along the way! I’d totally recommend them.

Such amazing service! I was in a panic when I called because of a mouse in my apartment, when Adam answered he was so kind and so helpful. He promptly set an appointment to have Steve come and retrieve the mouse and provided me the details I needed. When Steve got here, he was so friendly and was very efficient. These guys are true professionals. It was such short notice on a Saturday but they were happy to help me. Thank you!

Where should I start? Adam taking my phone call and sending me a quote via email. Steve showing up on site and explaining the process. I have to mention that Steve treated me like a person and that resonated well with me.. The level of customer service, professionalism and attention to details was top notch. The response to emails, texts and phone calls was also great.
The raccoon removal service yielded 8 raccoons trapped and relocated. 2 skunks caught and released. All this in the span of a week. Special mention Jesse who worked on this project as well.
