I never thought I'd have so many good things to say about a glass place before! I had my side window broken by a thief on the weekend, too late to get into somewhere on Saturday. I called Insta glass on Monday morning and they got me in that day! The receptionist was so kind and offered a complimentary vehicle while mine was being repaired. The repair was quick, they gave a vacuum to get the glass shards out, and when i paid they gifted me a small bundle of chocolates. A week after the repair i was surprised by a card in my mailbox, thanking me for choosing their business, and gifting a coupon

Great customer service. Prior to making the decision to drop off my car, I contacted the company via email. Haylie was very helpful and quick to respond. I didn’t wait long for an appointment and received a courtesy call when the car was ready. It was done even quicker than the time quoted. Both drop off and pickup of my vehicle was fast and efficient. Windshield looked great. Car was detailed and washed. They didn’t replace the wipers as mine were still good however they left the new ones on the seat for me. On a side note, the chocolates given at pick up and the follow up thank you card in

This was our first time using Insta Glass and I was blown away with our service. Drop off and pick up were a breeze, the windshield looks great, no rattling or any complaints. Always exceeding expectations! Called the night before with a cracked side window and front windshield. As I was not looking forward to the side window blowing out, Kent booked me in first thing the next morning and had me rolling by the afternoon. As a small business contractor, transportation is a necessary factor and this really helped. On top of this service, my truck was washed outside and cleaned inside. Great service here!!! I needed my windshield replaced and I picked this company because of the great reviews. They’re not a lie. Not only did they replace my windshield, they also cleaned my car (inside and outside), gave my new wipers and a package of yummy chocolate. Oh, I also got a company car to use during the service. I’ll definitely come back here next time I need auto glass work done!

I used their new Abbotsford location along Clearbrook Rd. Wow, I am so impressed! Called yesterday to book an appointment; they got me in first thing the next day and had the right windshield brought out from Vancouver...they took care of the insurance paperwork, provided a free (nice & clean) courtesy car, shampooed my carpets and detailed my car interior, gave me free brand new wiper blades, and then sent me on my way with a festive bag of chocolates. Seriously, best auto glass place ever! And on top of it, they were fast and polite. I highly recommend.

Hi everyone, so I had to sign in to get my front windshield replacement couldn't figure out where to go. Did some research and found these guys. After picking my wife's car up this morning, all I can say is wow! They did an amazing job. Especially with the complementary detail, shampoo, and washing over dirty car. (kids wrecked the inside of it). Looks almost brand new. We even got free wiper blades and a little bag of chocolates. The girl behind the desk is friendly and knowledgeable and we will never go anywhere else ever again. I'd rate this place Seven Stars out of five if I

Great experience with Insta Glass today! Needed a windshield replacement for our Jeep. Insta Glass gave us a Saturday morning appointment with a courtesy car. The courtesy car was super clean and we went out to breakfast at the Corner Nook (our favorite weekend spot). Back at 12 noon and our Jeep was all ready to go! We had an offer for interior shampoo and wiper blades and it was cleaned inside and out. That and a new windshield of laminated safety glass. All the ICBC paperwork is handled by Insta Glass. It was fast, easy and great result! Highly recommended.
