Just bought parts from parts counter. Felt like the staff knew what they were doing but young staff. May not have experience to handle complex or large parts orders. Went during lunch time was about 3 or 4 people in line but line moved fast. Good price and located in the city dont have to go out to dougald road for parts.

Made a easy fix into a nightmare of problems, several more visits back to fix their previous errors and they only made the problems worse.
Larry its time to retire and find someone who can run the business without running your customers away.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The location is not very convenient and the lot is tight but I keep going back. Very friendly and helpful. Great to deal with. Look for them at the boat show (if there is ever another one) and you will get a good deal.

The stuff we're very friendly and knowledgeable when I was choosing my new lawn mower! Once the lawn mower was assembled they showed and explained about the mower! Great service and would definitely come back for parts and service for my mower needs.

I called in the part I needed gave the serial number. A female answered with attitude. She expected me to know everything about my motor. Instead of trying to make me understand her attitude and tone escalated. I asked to speak to another representative and said everyone was busy did not offer to put me in hold. I dealt with them before
, they were good except her. Lost my business for sure
