At CSN City Centre Collision we work directly with your insurance company to make the process hassle free. We take photos of the damage and of your vehicle and put it together with the estimate and send this directly to your insurance company for review and approval. Very pleased with the work on my Jeep. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. Best of all everything looked great when I went to get my vehicle back. Our 2003 VW Beetle convertible back window shattered this summer. We thought an easy fix, just replace back like you would the front windshield - nope, we had to replace the whole top in order to get a window. No one in town was wanting to take the project on and we did not want to take business out of town if we could help it. We ordered our… top from TopsOnLine in California (VW quoted double the cost even with exchange). We approached CCC “Shaun” if it was something they might consider doing - They were willing to tackle the task despite never having done a Beetle top. We

Have not been expressed with the work my 7 year old daughter can do better
Now it's 2 months later my car is still not finished and I even had to buy tools for them to get the doors lined up and they didn't even give us are floor mats back I just found out that the other shop is going to have to do 125 hours of work to fix the work that city center says they have done after 6 months open saying the vehicle was good now the insurance has written it off because they did $20,000 worth of screw-ups
