Services
Dr. Len Green and Dr. John Super have been working colleagues since 2001 at the Forest Hill Chiropractic & Massage Clinic. They share patients and coordinate treatment when necessary, and always offer the highest standard of care. Their primary duty is to their patients and the clinic and will always go above and beyond.
Chiropractic is a health care discipline which emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without the use of drugs or surgery. The practice of chiropractic focuses on the relationship between structure (the spine and extremities, arm and legs) and function (as coordinated by the nervous system) and how that relationship affects the preservation and restoration of health.
Dr. Len Green graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1993. Upon graduation, he became an associate at The Beaches Chiropractic & Massage Centre on Queen St. in the beautiful beaches community. There he learned many of the ins and outs of running a practice, but more importantly, gained valuable experience in treating and helping patients reach their health goals.
Richard Llanera graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2013. He started his career right here at Forest Hill Chiropractic & Massage Clinic. He understands the importance of clinical assessments prior to any massage treatment. In any healthcare profession, it is important to do a thorough clinical assessment.
Shockwaves are audible high-energy sound waves. In the medical world, shockwaves have been employed since around 1980 to disintegrate kidney stones. In modern pain therapy, shockwave energy is conducted from a shockwave generator to the painful body region, where it begins its healing capacities. The therapist localizes the pain region by palpation and discusses the findings with you.

Dr. Green is one of those rare finds; a chiropractor that chiropractors go to for treatment. I have total trust in the treatment recommendations and clinical skills of Dr. Green. Thanks Len. You are, and always have been, a consummate professional and lifesaver.

Dr. John Super first helped me in 2018 when I was diagnosed with bursitis in my left shoulder. I assumed that this was going to be a chronic condition and when my GP suggested I seek physio therapy I chose this clinic because it was in a convenient location. Dr. Super reviewed my xrays, took a detailed history and began treating me twice a week. After a month he moved me to weekly and then monthly maintenance. In five months the symptoms were completely resolved and I have not had a problem with my shoulder since. This year my GP again recommended I seek treatment to help with arthritis in my neck
