Marshall-Lee Construction
Marshall-Lee was founded in 1970 by Kent Lee and Bill Marshall. Since the company's inception, Marshall-Lee has completed a variety of projects. We have built over 160 structures ranging from educational and health care facilities to commercial buildings, shopping malls, and light industrial warehousing.

We believe repeat customers are the best gauge of quality. Marshall-Lee Construction is consistently short-listed by institutions such as the Capital Health Authority, Defense Construction Canada, County of Parkland, and Samson Cree Nation. It is our goal to provide our clients with high quality construction service with strict adherence to building codes and specifications.
Services
A successful construction project depends on choosing the right contractor. Marshall-Lee Construction Corp. is that contractor because we provide experience, professionalism, financial strength, and a hands-on approach. We strive to exceed the expectations of our clients. In the past 50 years, Marshall-Lee Construction has provided millions of dollars worth of construction services to the Alberta market.
We provide general contracting services for commercial and institutional projects. Our experienced, skilled staff take projects from plans and specifications to the finished building based on the conventional hard-bidding process. We have a great record of finishing projects on time and on budget. We also offer construction management services.
Quality assurance involves a planned system of procedures that ensure good quality is achieved and maintained. It includes a proactive approach and open communication with our subtrades. Here are the highlights of our quality assurance program. LEED All subtrades are oriented with respect to their submittals, waste management, sediment control, and indoor air quality.
Marshall-Lee Construction Corp. is committed to the safety of all its workers. In fulfilling this commitment, management shall provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements. Marshall-Lee's goal is to eliminate any foreseeable hazards that may result in death, personal injury, illness, or property damage.
The purpose of a sustainable building policy is to ensure that we construct buildings in a sustainable manner, and to promote sustainable building practices. At the start of a project we assign one person to be responsible for the LEED portion of the project. This person is also responsible for collecting relevant information from the subtrades regarding the materials they use.
