Yoga is a very personal experience and we would be honored to have you begin your yoga journey with us. SAVY Yoga Studio is home to the most variety of classes in London, so you're sure to find the right fit for your lifestyle, budget and schedule. We offer Yoga classes with diverse routines which are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, and even those still-considering.
Basic Yoga Program: Includes Yoga classes which provide you with the correct foundation - suitable for all. Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Yoga Classes, for a more systematic approach, for serious students of Yoga. Master Classes/ Continuing Education Classes for Yoga Teachers or those aspiring to understand Yoga more deeply.
We offer so many different types of classes at SAVY suitable for all age groups and yogis at all levels of expertise. There is only ONE Yoga, though there can be different styles according to personal likes and dislikes, experiences, preferences etc.
The practice at Yoga Classes of any style of Yoga such as SAVY Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga Sivanand Yoga or Iyenger style of yoga mainly includes the same basic components of yoga which are asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga nidra (relaxing techniques), mudras (physical and mental gestures), bandhas (locking actions) and shatkarmas (cleansing acts of yoga) etc.

You can purchase a card at the Studio, or online, or on telephone. If you purchase online, take a print-out of the receipt and present it at the Studio. I just completed the RYT 200 Course and recommend SAVY to anyone who wants an in-depth comprehensive knowledge base on all there is to know about yoga! Jitender made learning fun and so interesting as well as getting to experience how yoga is done in India where it all originated from. Jitender takes the time to explain to everything and you can tell it is a true passion of his. I got to experience one on one learning and am very grateful to have to learn with such an expert in yoga! :)

If yoga inspired by Northern India (with none of the Western fancy stuff) is your thing, SAVY will be perfect for you. Jitender's deep knowledge of the benefits of yoga, combined with his medical background, allow him to quickly tailor classes to meet your needs. I went to a class, stiff and sore from a bike accident, and was able to run pain-free the next morning. I couldn't believe it!

I recently started yoga with Dr Sahdev after a lapse of many years and I am enjoying his instruction and the class time options. Hearing the stories of how yoga has shaped his life as a young boy and MD/surgeon in India is very interesting. The fact that he continues to research how yoga can improve our health is a BIG plus for me. I am also looking forward to trying a wellness package and having a customized wellness and yoga therapy routine for my specific health concerns. Hope to see you there!
