I got a flat tire on my 30 foot trailer on a Saturday. I called 4 places and no one answered. I called these guys and they picked up the phone the first try. They said they would be about 20 minutes and I think they were even 1 minute early. They replaced my flat tire and I was on my way 20 minutes later.

Highly recommend! I would move to Sorrento just to have these guys as mechanics. My Engine cratered in my 72 chevelle on a Saturday middle of summer. They had the chevelle on the tow truck with in 30 minutes. They found me lots of different options for motors and had the car back on the road with a new engine couple days later. If that’s not service I don’t know what is, just took my boat trailer to get my brakes done as well.

Jason was absolutely amazing to deal with. Our cv joint went in our truck on the Scotch Creek side of the lake. We called Sorrento Towing and he showed up within 20 minutes. As we were talking to him we explained we were from Prince George and only had the one vehicle down here. He took our truck in to their STRepair shop on Friday at 3 pm and they had it repaired by noon on Saturday. Then Jason even came back out to Scotch Creek to pick us up. I would highly recommend this shop and it was pricing eas more than fair. 👍👍

I been towed many times alway had I good experience this individual who showed up was the most ignorant individual person I've every met from the time he called me back on the phone to time he picked me up. BCAA should drop this company!! The most unprofessional individual I've had the displeasure of meeting . Make an already stressful time even worse. If you need any type of service this is the last guy / company you should use.

If i were able to, this company would get NO star from me. The driver who came to assist me refused me service, was verbally abusive, denied the slander he vehemently and verbally attacked me with, claimed he wouldnt tow me out as it was unsafe without flaggers but refused even if i were to pay for flaggers.
The driver for the towing / impound in Scotch Creek managed to do the job without flaggers,with out judgement, without damaging my car and without the crappy attitude problem the other guy from sorrento towing clearly suffers from.
In my opinion what was truly dangerous was leaving a woman
