Once I did finally get my windows installed I was happy. But, getting a quote was quite painful. I submitted my request for a quote 4 times until I finally got one. They did a good job installing the windows, but left a bit of a mess, including quite a few screws in the driveway, which I thankfully avoided with my tires. Selection is fairly limited on the Coast, so there aren’t many other places to choose from.

Sunco seems to be set up in business, but the rude attitude and smirky comments are not except able. I received an email reprimanding his employees, gave a deposit of $1000.00 for 2 doors that never arrived, then my order was cancelled by Ross and had trouble getting my money back...there are few places on the Sunshine Coast ...but this is not a place anyone should get doors or windows. NEVER AGAIN.

If you are in need of windows or doors, Big Ross and his crew should be your first stop on the Sunshine Coast. We have received a number of screen doors and garage door pieces from Sunco, and the service and quality of goods has always been spot-on! Ross always goes above and beyond, and has even done a few house calls for me after work to answer questions about product. Best of all, Sunco is a local company. Why shop at a multi-national in the city when you can support your local economy here on the Coast. Finally to the few complaining about "bad" service, perhaps you may want to just stick to

Manager said he has the worst customer service. I now believe him. I should have walked away when he said that as he didn't have anyone to come and measure my windows for screens. I supplied him with my window measurements asking for screens. When I got the screens none fit. He told me I was to supply him with screen measurements not window measurements. First, he knew i was giving him window measurements and secondly why did he not ask me in the correspondence we had to supply the screen size. If he had asked me for screen size I would have cancelled my order because I would not have

I retract my previous review. Window delivery was lacking in the customer service department, but I overlooked it, assuming everyone can have a bad day. It wasn't until last week, when I approached the owner for an interior pre-hung fir veneer door quote, that I solidified my opinion that Sunco has the worst possible customer service...or at least equivalent to the local plumbing supply located near them (which has changed it's name from MPH to Noble since I was last there).
I wrote down the rough openings for the doors I needed. Fifteen slabs in total, some of them custom order
