As an entirely natural material, wood is in a constant state of expansion and contraction. This effect is largely due to the variation of relative humidity. In markets with cold/dry winters along with warm/humid summers the change in relative humidity is quite substantial. Because of this variation in relative humidity, hairline cracks at the joints of cabinet doors and frames may form on the finished surface.
Exotic Wood species have become increasing materials of interest for kitchen cabinets and we have access to many types of woods. Some of these species have more character with extreme grains and coloring, others can be warm and subtle. These veneers help in creating a very trendy or timeless look. The final product is horrible. Pieces were missing or incorrect pieces were delivered. People who work there are disrespectful and hanged up on me.

For the thousands of dollars we paid for our kitchen the whole experience was terrible. We've been very disappointed with our Triangle Kitchen. It came out of some boxes with scratches straight from the factory. Cabinet doors the wrong size. Panels too big. Cabinet with its depth not matching the other cabinets. Reordering replacements took weeks . I call it my patchwork kitchen. I wouldn't recommend. Interesting thing when I said I was going to call Triangle about their product....I was told they WOULDN'T CARE. Once they get their money your nonexistent.
