I love living here and I am so sad I will be leaving.
I have lived in downtown Los Angeles since 2006. I loved living here the most.
That view!!! Incomparable, breathtaking, inspirational! I've lived in other high end buildings in dtla but this one by far had the best views from my apartment and the deck. You can practically see all of downtown and all the way to the ocean and to the Hollywood Hills!
The location is ideal. It is so close to the heart of downtown/my job that I would just walk to work. Close to good food and hotspot restaurants. Starbucks across the street! 5 minute

Ughhh worst place ever. Seriously... since living here for almost a year, they have fired every single front door person who runs our security 24/hrs except for one kind old man Steve. Even the main guy had left because people are treated poorly and that goes for the people who are living here as well.
They have a lot of money issues. $500 fine for having my small micro French bulldog off the leash .... he has a heart murmur and cannot be on a leash... the people who run this neighborhood are ridiculous. I'm so happy we finally left the place .
Lucky they even get 1 star......

I agree with Gabs G. review it's spot on but now I'm going to vent even more. I've been here for just as many years as well and the newest management company (Seabreeze Management) is the absolute worst they have had in the building to date. Those that are somewhat new to the building have no idea what the building used to be versus how it is today but those that do have definitely felt the changes. Little get's done around the building as before and the response time to resident issues is always delayed or unresponsive. Our building at one time had solid reviews now it just

I've been living here for about 4 years and when I first moved in I was happy with everything, enough parking space, clean building overall, concierge, and enough guest parking (which is very important to me because I have family and friends that visit me and sometimes spend the night).
In the last 1 1/2 year thing have changed for the WORST in the building. Guest parking was changed into storage spaces (storage for lease) & storage for bottega Louie (restaurant on 7th and grand) leaving us RESIDENTS with less than 20 guest parking ( including handicap) spaces for the entire building

Original Review (5 stars): Quiet, amazing views, amazing pool deck, absolutely no parking issues at all. Almost unlimited guest parking. In my opinion, unbeatable for the price. I looked at a lot of newer places in the area, but honestly, I didn't find one that paralleled this place (The Ritz being the exception...but that's a totally different ballgame). I'm absolutely amazed at how clean and quiet this place is. The carpets in the hallways are always clean; even trash shoot area is spotless. Probably the only complaint I could levy is that it is too calm! If you are looking for

I bought, and have lived in the building since 2006. As a Realtor I had plenty of buildings to choose from. I chose 1100 due to its fantastic views, two parking spaces per unit plus free guest parking, and its unapologetic luxury. The 17th-floor pool deck, screening-room, business center, large gym, and concierge-style front desk is on par with buildings on the Wilshire Corridor or Beverly Hills. I've never regretted purchasing my home and if asked today I would still choose 1100 over any building downtown.

First word that comes to mind? GORGEOUS! This building has insanely gorgeous views of LA (especially from the helicopter pad on the roof! Yes thats right, theres a freakin' helicopter pad! )
Second thing that comes to mind... PARKING! 17 floors of it!! Woop woop! No parking woes here!
Third; the building has a very sexy classy vibe that I'm absolutely in love with. Check out the pool deck; its to die for.
Not that I can afford to live here, but I feel that for the location and quality of the units, rent isn't all that bad. I checked it out today and I saw a 1 br for
