Services
For the safety of you and your pets we respectfully request that all dogs be brought in on a leash and cats in a carrier. Animals are admitted to the hospital between 8:30am-9:00am. For procedures involving sedation or general anesthesia, please ensure your pet is fasted from 9:00pm the night before.
Anderson Veterinary Clinic has an in-house pharmacy that is completely stocked with many of the prescription drugs your animal may need. This allows us to prescribe and dispense products needed to treat your pet in a prompt manner. In addition, we provide ordering capabilities and vaccine protocols to ensure our large animal clients are taken care of as well.
According to the American Dental Society, more than 80% of dogs and 70% of cats develop gum disease by the age of three years. Periodontal disease is the most common dental condition affecting dogs and cats. The problem begins when plaque and calculus are allowed to build up on a pet's teeth, especially below the gum line.
Treatment plans outlining procedures to be performed and their associated costs can be provided prior to initiating therapy. A deposit may be required for some procedures at the time your pet is admitted into the Clinic. Credit financing policies are very expensive to administer and the Anderson Veterinary Clinic cannot administer such a policy.
There are many pet health insurance companies offering health insurance for your pets. Our staff can provide you with their names. We do not bill pet health insurance companies or third parties on your behalf. Accordingly, we will expect that payment be received directly from clients as the services are provided.

Kaya had a very aggressive form of bone cancer. We were not even a patient at Anderson Veterinary Clinic but when we knew it was time to end Kaya’s pain they worked us in on a Saturday for quality of life exam and peaceful end to her pain. The epitome of what veterinary care should be. We were strangers to them and yet they made time to see us and give this sweet girl the relief she deserved. Even gave her chicken nuggets for a last meal. Can’t speak highly enough about this clinic.

We lost our 13 year old Golden Retriever this morning after a short battle with aggressive cancer. Surgeries kept her comfortable and relatively pain free during her last 3 months with us. Those last 3 months were some of the happiest of her life. Anderson Vet was completely supportive and helped us further after she passed away. We will continue to trust Anderson Vet with the care or our other 4 dogs. Abby will be missed, but I know she would thank you with her entire heart.

These people are amazing. My cat had a huge abscess on his face, he lost weight and was deteriorating , my vet wouldnt not squeeze him in. I brought him here and they cared so much they got me in that day.
I recently found a 2 week tiny kitten with a bulging infected eye, I brought him in and they got me connected with a rescue center. They are incredibly nice, caring, professional people. I will never go back to my old vet. I am very grateful to all the people who work here, they helped me when my vet wouldn't and they went the extra mile to help me save the kitten. They should name the place

Everyone here is amazing! Sara especially went out of her way to help us with our diabetic cat, taught us how to administer insulin and everything we needed to know to keep him safe and comfortable. She even gave us her number in case of emergency over the holiday weekend. Everyone here goes above and beyond to care for your animals, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had to bring my little dog in to be put down. They didn't make me come into the main office to sit in the waiting room but instead allowed me to enter from the outside into a private room. The staff brought me the necessary paperwork I needed to take care of and gave me time to be with my pet. They were very compassionate and caring.

Great service, great staff & a very clean operation. Been bringing all 5 of my dogs & a couple of cats here for 10 years. They went above & beyond in service to save my dog when other chain-store vets wanted to do unnecessary surgery. The duck in the bathroom is my personal favorite decorative touch.
