Horrible service. On the website, it was saying that the basket will be delivered before the new year. *In the email confirmation* then it said "ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC 22, 2pm EASTERN TIME WILL ONLY SHIP FROM OUR FACILITY IN MONTREAL ON JANUARY 4." Lol, that is *after* the payment was made. Today is Jan 11 and it is STILL not delivered. 0/10, do not recommend.

Buyers Beware!!! Bought a welcome baby boy gift basket by spending 90+$s. The gift basket was very attractively packed, but the attraction changed into a ugly experience when the gift basket was opened. To our surprise the basket was puffed up with more of stuffed papers and cardboards (check the attached photos) rather than the baby items for which we paid for. The content in this basket may not even worth for 20$. It was a highly insulting experience for us to give this pack of thrash as a gift. The motive of any business is making profit but with Glitter basket this type of business attitude

Baskets are really nice and the follow up is ok but I have an issue with this company in terms of their shipping. This is the second time that this has happened-I paid over $37 for next day shipping only for the basket to be delivered days later. When I asked Tommy about this, he said that it is only for Monday-Friday and there are no deliveries on the weekend. I submitted the order on Friday before noon as stated and they took my money but didn't tell me that the receiver would not get the basket until Monday. No apology other than referring to their invoice which is misleading and their shipping

I was running out of idea of what to buy as a gift this Christmas (ya, it's that time again) so I was googling around gift basket and I found Glitter Gift Baskets. I got one basket at last minute (according to my personal "timeline") and the service was impeccable: fast, efficient and friendly. The package was nicely wrapped with an own personal message (to be filled when ordering from their online store). The offerings inside are sure to give any receivers a true enjoyment! Another plus point is GGB is so close to my office :) Will definitely come back again!

Order a basket on December 12, 2018. The basket was suppose to be delivered the week of December 17. Emailed the company when it didn’t show up. Was told it would be there in time for Christmas. Did not arrive. So was told the 27 of December for sure. Still didn’t get there. Was told it would be for sure on the 31st. The basket was finally delivered January 2. Very disappointed. Was not even offered a apology or ever a excuse for the late times.

Super! I ordered a few as gifts for our clients. They absolutely loved them. Will definitely be my go-to for gift baskets. Amazing customer service. Tommy is super helpful. One of the orders was delayed because of FedEx (not Glitter Gift Basket's fault). I called and Tommy jumped right in. He tried to track the shipment with FedEx but without any luck (I can confirm that because I also did that myself) so he sent out a driver with a replacement right away.

Ordered a get-well basket to be delivered to my brother-in-law 10 days ago and it finally arrived - at our house! I was very careful to make sure the delivery instructions were correct and yet Glitter seems to be under the impression that we are ordering a get well basket for ourselves. Tried to call to get it straightened out and got lots of voicemail run-around.

Excellent customer service. We experienced an issue with the delivery, which was entirely Canada Post’s fault. When the package, which was marked as “delivered”, was not received I panicked. Glitter took care of everything. They responded to my email within minutes, called me, called the recipient and did everything in their power to ensure that the basket was received. My advice : if something goes wrong with your basket, don’t panic, call Glitter and they will take care of you!
