When visiting Sir Sam’s we got off course on our way. Two roadside assist attempts left us calling the same two companies and plow service. None of which were willing or able to help us. En route came to help when no one else would and only took him 20 minutes to get us back on the road in the right direction!! Thank you thank you for your expertise!

My family and I were broken down, boat trailer wheel bearings failed. I called Enroute and within 10 minutes driver showed up... I needed new bearings we drove to local auto store picked up parts and together we were able to fix trailer. Unfortunately I didn't get driver name... He was nice and obviously very helpful and to top it all off he didn't charge us. PAY IT FORWARD!!!! Thanks again for your help.

Rick literally saved our day. We'd been stuck in the snow on a hill for over 24 hours and CAA would not help us at all. It was a tough tow to do, but Rick kept trying things until he was able to get us up the icy incline. We'd already had another tow truck try and they didn't succeed and refused to come back and help us the following day. Very thankful that Rick was local, knowledgeable and genuinely cared that we were able to get back home. Thank you for not giving up, Rick.
