At Herman's HOME TEAM, siding installers only install siding, and window installers only install windows. Our HOME TEAM installers are experts at what they install and focus on the details of their individual craft. For new construction, we offer full set-in foam installation of windows and doors with a full warranty on workmanship.
When picking a front door for your house, or any door for that matter, there are some key items to consider. Today's technology has provided us with many different styles and designs to choose from, as well as material options to suit your needs and budget. Most replacement doors are steel slabs with wood frames covered with vinyl cladding; they are cost effective, energy efficient and virtually maintenance free.
HOME TEAM vinyl windows are energy efficient meeting building code and Energy Star requirements. Dual pane or triple pane glass adds to the efficiency and can be custom suited to meet your energy and budget needs. Proper selection and addition of outside and inside mouldings will also help ensure the best installation of your replacement windows; these include exterior brickmoulds and interior wood adapters or drywall returns.
There are numerous types of siding available for today's homes. Vinyl siding is the most economical choice and has come a long way in profiles, thicknesses, and colours. Many dark colours are now available, as well as insulated vinyl sidings. Blended wood grained sidings give a nice cottage look. Vertical profiles, like board and batten, are available giving vinyl sidings the appearance of true wood.

Requested a quote for replacement of siding, soffits, fascia, and eavestrophs. Someone came out around mid-june to perform a quote. Once finished I was told I would receive my quote within two weeks. Well months went by with nothing to where I actually forgot about it. I eventually called back to find out what happened, and spoke to the owner who informed me that it was in fact his son that performed the quote and he had no idea why I had not received it. He said he would speak to his son and have him complete the quote. It has now been another month or so with nothing but crickets.

We hired Herman's Home Team, based out of Norval, to replace all of our windows and our patio door. We chose Herman's after having 3 other companies provide us with quotes. Herman's quote was quite a bit lower in price than the other companies, and provided the written quote within 24 hours, unlike the others, who I had to either chase down for 2 weeks to recieve or was told "buy today or the deal is gone". Any changes we decided on were updated and emailed back within 24 hours and all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. We were kept informed of the process every step of the
