Robyn Y. was very helpful during my stay in Kelowna. Even went out of their way to hand deliver a voucher for me.

Good service. Well trained staffs all around. I did feel staffs put efforts to keep guests happy. Asked for a microwave and it was in the room when I checked in.
Parking lot can be quite full. Guest pays $5/day to park. Worth it since you are in downtown.
Complementary WiFi internet is quick enough. TV cable provided by Shaw and choices are more than adequate .
It is in downtown and pretty noisy area. Would not recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet evening. It’s 11:25pm Saturday night and I will need to plug my ears to sleep.
HVAC worked well. Clean balcony, but no real good viewed
