Please note: BC's Public Health Order now requires masks to be worn in all indoor public spaces by everyone over the age of 12. This will be in effect for BC residents and anyone visiting from outside the province over the age of 12, and no exceptions are allowed for any reason. Hotels are deemed an essential service and therefore, guests of Prestige do not need to demonstrate proof of vaccination to stay with us.
All sit-down restaurants, lounges and cafes located in our hotels (indoor and patio dining). Proof of vaccine will not be required for breakfast rooms, 'grab and go' facilities, or when getting take-out. Prestige hotel locations with Athletic Centres that accept public memberships (Sooke, Radium, Cranbrook, Salmon Arm).

Good service. Well trained staffs all around. I did feel staffs put efforts to keep guests happy. Asked for a microwave and it was in the room when I checked in.
Parking lot can be quite full. Guest pays $5/day to park. Worth it since you are in downtown.
Complementary WiFi internet is quick enough. TV cable provided by Shaw and choices are more than adequate .
It is in downtown and pretty noisy area. Would not recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet evening. It’s 11:25pm Saturday night and I will need to plug my ears to sleep.
HVAC worked well. Clean balcony, but no real good viewed

I had called in a week prior to check in to confirm the condo for 6 women, yet upon arrival she explained that this was not possible and went on to say that the Prestige is "a hotel not a hostel". Her attitude completely affected the vibe of our trip (a bridal weekend) and I was very disappointed that our initial greeting to the hotel was so unpleasant - very
